SHIPPING INFO & POLICIES
Shipping will be available the week of April 22nd 2019
We ship out weekdays using FedEx overnight for next day delivery, let us know what day works best for you or if you would prefer to ship directly to your closest FedEx location.
We ship to Canadian metropolitan areas, in the event that additional shipping charges are required for your area you will be contacted. If you are in a rural/ remote area we may be unable to ship to your location. We do not ship outside of Canada.
Signature confirmation is required, you must be available to accept and sign for your package.
In the event of severe cold weather or extreme heat your package will be shipped directly to the closest FedEx location for pick up. If we feel the conditions are too extreme for the corals we will ship out at a later date when it is safe to do so.
We are not responsible for any delays from the carrier or weather complications. Make sure your address is correct and you are available on the delivery day to accept and sign for the package.
If the package for some reason appears damaged, please accept it and take a photo immediately, proceed to make sure the contents are ok. If there are any issues please e-mail us the photo, we will try to resolve it with the carrier and get back to you in a timely manner.
There are no refunds or exchanges on corals or the cost of shipping, if a coral is found DOA (dead on arrival) dry, no water, damaged beyond survival e-mail us immediately with a clear photo within 2 hours of receiving the shipment. If you are picking up the order from the carrier you have 2 hours from the time of notice. DOA's must be photographed in original untouched packaging, do not discard the coral until we have confirmed with you to do so.
In the rare event that a coral is deemed unfit we will credit your account for the purchase cost of the coral before taxes and apply it to your next order, shipping cost’s are non refundable.
If the shipment is rejected or delayed for any reason the DOA policy is void.
